Located in the historic neighborhood of St. Louis Hills, campos design was approached to do the renovation for the Meyer residence. The complexity required keeping the two existing gable elements to the main façade while adding an additional story and renovating the lower level.
The new 2nd story consist of a new Master Bedroom with gabled ceilings and walk-in closets, two bedrooms, a laundry room, and bathroom with private shower room. The lower level features an expanded kitchen along with a new breakfast room.
