UFC star and Saint Louisan, Kyle Watson opened Watson Mixed Martial Arts in 2011, but quickly out grew his gym. Requiring a facility six times the size and on a quick deadline, a design/build approach was implemented. Coordinating with the G.C. to stay on time and budget, the design was quickly turned over to the owner for approval and construction.
The design includes a new inviting lobby, locker rooms, showers, ADA restrooms, offices, training mats, and HVAC systems. The new space can now accommodate a fighting ring along with punching bags and weight training equipment.
